Bayview Opera House Burglary Arrest

On April 6, 2017, the offices of the Bayview Opera House located on the 4700 block of Third Street were burglarized. Eight computers were stolen.

Investigating Bayview Police Station officers were able to identify Albert Brown, a 52 year-old male from San Francisco, as the suspect. On April 13, 2017, Brown was located by Bayview Police station patrol officers in the area of Crisp Road and Palou Avenue and was taken into custody.

Brown was booked into San Francisco County Jail on four counts of second degree burglary and one count of possession of burglary tools. Due to pending identification matters, the subject’s booking photo will not be released at this time.

This incident is still an ongoing investigation. The stolen computers have not been recovered and investigators are asking anyone with information in regards to the incident to contact the San Francisco Police Department anonymously at 415-575-4444 or text-a-tip to TIP411 with SFPD at the start of the message.
