$50,000 Reward - Cold Case Homicide
The San Francisco Police Department has authorized a $50,000 reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for the murder.
On July 13, 2012, at approximately 10:20 pm, 20 year old Chastity Dollison, her father 39 year old Allen Vance and a family friend were traveling in a white 2-door Lexus Eastbound on Silver near Elmira, when their vehicle ran out of gas. While seated in the vehicle and awaiting for a friend to assist them, an unknown person(s) came up on foot to their vehicle an fired several shots into the vehicle killing Chastity and Allen, who were in the front seat. The family friend in the back seat, who was visiting from out of state, was also shot but survived.
