11th St and Folsom St Bomb Threat Incident

SFPD received a call at 3:30pm from an unidentified male who made a bomb threat against a business at 11th/Folsom.  He then claimed to be in that business, armed with a gun and a bomb. The business was evacuated and neighboring businesses are "shelter in place."  There is a one block perimeter around 11th / Folsom.  Traffic has been impacted and there may be some Muni reroutes. Currently the SFPD Hostage Crisis Negotiation Team, Tactical Unit, Bomb Squad, Specialist Team, and  Explosive Detection K9's along with Southern Police Station personnel and SFFD paramedics are on scene.  Negotiators are attempting to establish contact with the subject and are ready to talk to him when they do reestablish contact.
