$100,000 REWARD VICTIM RAYMOND RUSSELL The Mayor’s Office has authorized a reward in the amount of $10,000.00 for information leading to the identification, and apprehension of the person(s) responsible for the murder of Mr. Raymond Russell. On November 14, 2005, Raymond Russell was shot in front of his home at 1568 Underwood Street. Mr. Russell was loading his SUV to go fishing the following morning when person(s) unknown shot him with a shotgun. Mr. Russell died at the scene.
