Strong Arm Robbery

Mission officers responded to a report of a strong-arm robbery. The victim stated he was robbed by three people of his iPod and wallet at Mission St and Sycamore St. One of the suspects brandished a knife during the robbery. The victim followed Suspect 1 to 149 Lexington, where Suspect I entered the basement. Officers canvassed the area and located a witness who saw Suspect 1 jumping backyard fences. Officers located Suspect 1 three backyards away where he said he had fallen off a fence. Suspect 1 was in possession of the stolen wallet and iPod. Suspect 1 stated he had been given the property by an unknown friend and was unable to explain why he was in the backyard. Cold shows were positive on Suspect I and he was booked for the robbery.
