San Francisco Police Investigates Tenderloin District Homicide 23-139

On October 30, 2023, at approximately 7:18 p.m., San Francisco Police officers responded to the 300 block of Leavenworth Street on a report of a stabbing.   

Paramedics advised that they had been dispatched to the area for the adult female victim, who was suffering from stab wounds.  The victim had life-threatening injuries and was immediately transported to a local hospital.  Despite the lifesaving efforts of medical personnel, the victim was pronounced deceased at the hospital.   

Investigators from the San Francisco Police Department Homicide detail are investigating this incident.
