3.            Discussion and possible action to recommend that the Board of Supervisors adopt a resolution authorizing the Chief of Police to accept and expend a grant in the amount of $197,648 from the State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation, Division of Boating and Waterways for the SFPD Marine Unit for the project period of October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019 (ACTION)
