HOSPITAL SEEKS HELP TO IDENTIFY JANE DOE

UPDATE 6/15/12: FAMILY LOCATED AND REUNITED

SAN FRANCISCO – San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center is seeking the help of city residents to identify a patient.

The unidentified woman is in critical condition. She was admitted on June 8, 2012, at 11:30 pm, after being hit by a car at the corner of Vallejo and Van Ness Streets in San Francisco.

The patient is an Asian woman in her 70’s or 80s, with gray hair, brown eyes. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighs approximately 130 pounds.

She has not been able to tell us her name, and efforts to learn her identity have been unsuccessful. We request that anyone who knows her identity contact SFGH Sheriffs Department at (415) 206- 8063.
