Data Collection and Sharing

The San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) is striving to be as transparent as possible, not only with our crime data, but with information about our department and its operations. The department recognizes the importance of data as a tool to analyze patterns of behavior to ensure fair and impartial policing is delivered to the communities we serve. SFPD is determined to build trust, engage with the community, and attain positive outcomes in public safety.
