Suspect: Black male, 40-45 years, 5'09", 180 lbs., black hair with some gray, sometimes unshaven, with gray in beard, dark complexion, dark clothing.
Suspect #2 & #3 are BMs, no further information. One walks with a limp.
The suspect has robbed fourteen restaurants as of 11/03/06. The series began in July 2005, when two suspects robbed a store on the 200 block of Pine Street. The same suspects robbed a restaurant two weeks later. One of the suspects, Roland Blackmon, was subsequently arrested for those robberies.
The MO: Robberies occur during the day. Suspect enters the restaurant, through the delivery door, enters the office, confronts the lone victim with a gun, knife, or strong-arm, and demands that they open the safe. Suspect then ties the victim with material found in the office. Suspect has had one accomplice on several robberies, & 2 accomplices one robbery. Suspect cases the restaurants before robberies, and if confronted says he is looking for a job.
