|Murder Victim: $100,000 Reward|
Narrative: The Office of the Mayor has authorized a $90,000.00 reward in conjuction with a $10,000 reward offered by the San Francisco Chronicle for a reward of $100,000, for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person (s) responsible for the murder of Vicente Pascua. Mr. Pascua, 81 years old and World War II veteran was on his way to work when he was attacked on the street, somewhere between his home at 155 Turk Street and his streetcar stop at 6th.Street and Market. Two or more individuals robbed him of $400.00, overcoming his apparent efforts to resist. The stress of this encounter caused his heart to fail and he died within one hour of the incident.
