Subject: SAN FRANCISCO POLICE ARREST SUSPECT IN BRIBERY AND DOCUMENT FALSIFICATION CHARGES
San Francisco police arrested a San Francisco Pretrial Diversion Project Own Recognizance (OR) case manager on bribery charges and falsification of pretrial documents for cash. Monica Randolph Tyson, 44, is currently in custody and is being held on a $25,000 bail.
Tyson was arrested yesterday, May 21, through the efforts of a two-month joint investigation between the SFPD’s Violent Crimes Division and the District Attorney’s Office. Undercover operatives posing as pretrial clients paid for favorable consideration in pending trial release programs.
