San Francisco Police arrested a second suspect today, December 15, in the stabbing death of Boris Abinder, 19, that occurred in the early morning of September 16, 2006 in a parking space altercation on the 3900 block of Geary Blvd. Taken into custody without incident was Sarith Soun, 25. He was arrested on a $2 million warrant at his residence on the 1200 block of 32nd Avenue at about 6:30 A.M. Police arrested another suspect in this incident, Pounleau Chea, 25, the night of the incident. Both Soun and Chea remain in custody on a charge of murder.
