Subject: San Francisco Police Arrest Fourth Suspect In October 5 Assault On Muni Patron
The last suspect is in custody for an assault that occurred on a Muni bus on October 5 shortly before 6:00 P.M. Roger Alarcon, 18, was arrested in Richmond by the Richmond Police Department. He is now in custody in San Francisco County Jail.
Alarcon’s arrest follows those of three other suspects who robbed and assaulted Christopher Borgzinner, 18, of San Francisco as he rode the Number 9 Muni Bus. A 17-year-old juvenile was arrested October 9 at his residence in the Bayview District. On October 15, Uluao Mase, 18, was also arrested in the Bayview District. A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested October 16 by the Contra Costa County Juvenile Probation Department in Martinez. He is now in the custody of San Francisco police. All the suspects are San Francisco residents.
All the arrests were made through investigative leads and cooperation between the Gang Task Force, Bayview Station officers, the Canine Unit, and the Juvenile Probation Department of the San Francisco Juvenile Justice Center.
