SAN FRANCISCO POLICE ARREST ROBBERY
On 09/21/10 Officers from Northern Police Station responded to the 1300 block of Webster Street regarding a Robbery. The officers met with the victim who told them that he had been robbed about 10 minutes earlier. The victim and witnesses were able to give a description of the suspects and the vehicle. The responding officer broadcasted the suspects and vehicle information over the air for other officers in the area. Another officer heard the description of the vehicle and remembered the vehicle from a prior contact. He contacted the reporting officers and was able to give them the license plate of the suspect’s vehicle.
A short time later the vehicle was spotted by Northern station officers who conducted a felony stop on the vehicle. The officers approached the driver of the vehicle and recognized him as being on probation for robbery. A cold show was performed with the victims and witnesses and they positively identified both suspects.
The suspects, both San Francisco residents aged 18 and 20 were arrested and charged for Robbery. These robbers were taken off the street thanks to the fine work of Northern Station Officers.
