The suspect in a 2002 homicide was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol early this morning, July 13, after a routine traffic stop in Van Wert County in the Columbus area. The Ohio State Highway Patrol arrested Bill Ruben Jr., 31, after determining that there was a San Francisco District Attorney $10 million murder warrant out for his arrest.
Ruben, considered armed and dangerous, had been wanted for the murder of
Nicolas Gaeza Rendon III on or about February 14, 2002 on the 1400 block of Kansas Street in San Francisco.
