San Francisco Police Seek Public's Help In Hit and Run Incident

San Francisco police are seeking the public's help in a hit and run collision that occurred last Tuesday, March 10, on the 4900 block of Anza Street at 40th Avenue, at approximately

10:30 P.M. The driver of a 1996 four-door, green Toyota was proceeding westbound on Anza when the right front end of the car struck the victim as he was unloading items from his parked vehicle. The impact caused the victim to be projected onto the hood of the suspect vehicle and against the windshield. The victim, 24 years old, sustained life-threatening injuries. Police later recovered the abandoned suspect vehicle.
