San Francisco Police are seeking the public’s help in locating the driver in a hit and run collision that occurred yesterday, February 22, on
A surveillance camera in the area captured the suspect vehicle on film after the collision, and photographs are available from the Public Affairs Office and on the SFPD Web site, sfgov.org/police.
It is to be noted that, as a result of the collision, the suspect vehicle’s windshield was smashed. Auto and glass repair shop personnel should contact police if someone requests a windshield repair on a red Camaro with a black top.
Anyone who sees the suspect vehicle, or who has any information regarding this incident, is urged to contact the Hit and Run Section, 553-9516, or to call the Confidential Tip Line, 415-575-4444.
