Subject: San Francisco Police Arrest Suspect in Fatal Sunday Night Club Shooting
On Sunday, February 7, at approximately 1:40 A.M., two suspects began shooting at several individuals who had just left Club Suede on the 300 block of Bay Street. Lawon Marshawn Hall, 19, was shot and killed. Three other males were shot during this incident, and they were transported to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment. Their injuries are now listed as non-life-threatening.
A San Francisco Patrol Special Officer, who was in the area, confronted the two assailants. When he ordered them to drop their weapons, they refused. The Patrol Special then engaged both with gunfire.
One of the shooters was identified as Keandre Davis, 19, of Richmond, who was shot by the Patrol Officer, and who was transported to SFGH and treated for gunshot wounds to both legs. He was subsequently booked for homicide, possession of a dangerous weapon, carrying a concealed weapon, and possession of a loaded firearm in public.
The other suspect is described as a black male, 6’3”, 175 lbs., black hair (dreadlocks), last seen wearing a white/tan/ hooded shirt. He ran from the scene, north on Mason Street from Bay Street.
