Subject: San Francisco Police Arrest Suspect in Fatal Weekend Tenderloin Stabbing 


Early Saturday morning, February 6, police units responded to a 9-1-1 call at a residence on the 600 block of Ellis Street at approximately 1:12 A.M. In front of the building, police were flagged down by Phuc Le, 42. Phuc Le directed the officers to his residence where the officers located a 36-year-old man, Tuan Nguyen, dead from a stab wound.

Homicide inspectors responded and during the course of the investigation determined that the victim and Le were acquaintances. Le was booked early Saturday morning for Nguyen’s death. The investigation is continuing. At this time, police are seeking no additional suspects.
