San Francisco Police Arrest Three Suspects In Robbery Series

Central Police Station officers arrested three suspects moments after a robbery that occurred in Ferry Park at Washington and Drumm streets last Tuesday evening, January 31.

After taking two reports of robberies by similarly described suspects on Monday, January 29 and Tuesday, January 30, several officers from Central Station established a surveillance operation in Ferry Park Wednesday evening, January 31. At approximately 9:00 P.M., the surveillance officers saw three suspects rob a 51-year-old Union City man of his laptop computer, wallet and cell phone before fleeing. After a brief foot chase, the officers arrested all three suspects.

Taken into custody and booked on robbery charges were Donnell Dixon, 18, from Treasure Island; Brandon Clark, 18, of Antioch; and a 16-year-old male juvenile from Oakland.

The Robbery Detail credits Central Station officers for their fine work. The Robbery Detail will conduct a follow-up investigation to determine if these three suspects were responsible for the earlier robberies.
